AJMG is led by its founder and Managing Director, Andrew Giannasca.

Andrew has spent over 20 years at the forefront of the built environment — not watching from the sidelines, but embedded in the work: designing city infrastructure, deploying technology at scale, and navigating the complex intersection of physical space and emerging industry.

His career spans 40+ cities and 13 countries, across urban development, network infrastructure, renewable energy systems, and transport electrification. He has worked with seed-stage ventures and institutional investors alike, and has led engagements across the public and private sectors — from local councils and government agencies to ASX-listed organisations.

As a founding team member at JOLT — one of Australia's first commercial EV charging networks — Andrew was instrumental in scaling a tech-driven solution from concept through to global deployment. That experience — building in a complex, regulated, capital-intensive landscape under real commercial pressure — is the lens through which AJMG approaches every client engagement.

He is deeply fluent in the Australian regulatory and green finance environment: AEMO, ARENA, DCCEEW, NVES, CEFC, NABERS, and beyond. And equally comfortable navigating a board conversation, a government procurement process, or a startup's first investor deck.
